• Suppliers must disclose accurate business information.

3. Product & Service Quality

• Suppliers must provide accurate descriptions of products/materials.
• Suppliers must disclose stock availability honestly.
• Suppliers must maintain consistent quality standards.
• Suppliers must communicate clearly with buyers about lead times and delivery.

4. Pricing Transparency

• Prices must be clear and accurate.
• No hidden fees or misleading pricing.
• Suppliers must honor quoted prices during transaction period.

5. Communication Standards

• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24-48 hours.
• Communicate honestly about capabilities and limitations.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.

6. Compliance

• Suppliers must comply with environmental regulations in their region.
• Suppliers must follow labor laws and ethical practices.
• Suppliers must maintain proper certifications/licenses required in their industry.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disagreements between suppliers and buyers should be resolved through direct communication first. GrabRaw can mediate if needed.

8. Verification & Listing

GrabRaw verifies basic information but does not guarantee supplier legitimacy. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence.

9. Removal from Platform

GrabRaw may remove suppliers who violate these standards, provide false information, or engage in illegal activities.
