- GrabRaw does not verify supplier credentials (users should conduct due diligence).
- Suppliers retain ownership of their business information.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers are responsible for verifying supplier details.
- Buyers must comply with local procurement laws.
- GrabRaw acts as a platform only, not as a party to supplier-buyer transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on GrabRaw (logos, design, text) is owned by GrabRaw. Users retain rights to their own content.
7. Limitation of Liability
GrabRaw provides the platform "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation. Users agree to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.
9. Termination
GrabRaw reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
