- Suppliers retain ownership of their business information.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers are responsible for verifying supplier details.
- Buyers must comply with local procurement laws.
- Semiconk acts as a platform only, not as a party to supplier-buyer transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Semiconk (logos, design, text) is owned by Semiconk Inc. Users retain rights to their own content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Semiconk provides the platform "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation. Users agree to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.
9. Termination
Semiconk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
